Death in belief of ECKANKAR?

hello everybody.I'm wandering if anybody could answer to my question.
According to Eckankar,what happens to someone who dies?If the Sal can
communicate with her or his family or not?and how?Is there something
to do for them?After reincarnation,is there a communication between
her or his family in her last life?Generally how much time after death
the Sal comes back in the new body?How we can communicate with the
one who died?

when you die, you dint know anything, you dint even know your nose is on your face, i dint believe in that kinda crap.

The soul communicates with her/his family in general until crosses over.
There will be no communication after being reborn with the old family.
It was accepted to be 150 to 200 years, lately in India have appeared cases of no more than 10 years apart, another trend noted. Souls going back to their one family, in other words grandfather to grandson or great great grandson.
the means don't exist in North America, look in South America and you'll find them. Chau.
