My boyfriend is in Eckankar and is crazy?

My boyfriend is in the religion Eckankar and I really think he has a screw loose. Has anyone known a person who follows this religion? If so, can you understand the beliefs? I have tried really hard but it all seems like gobbledygook to me and I am about to give up trying to understand. ------

I remember seeing those guys on Public Access TV. They are definitely a bit off. ------
