Yes such people *do* exist.
Your first two examples present no major religious conflict with Christianity: Buddhism is a non-theist spirituality and many Gnostics are Christian Gnostics.
There are some "Christo-Pagans" and while we may wonder how they resolve the conflicts inherent in that label, they're as entitled to their beliefs as anyone else. After all, the bible does *not* say that other gods don't exist, just that believers of the book must put its god *before* all others.
