Default For those interested in Gnosticism, have you ever read any text in the Nag Hammadi li

I am starting to think that many who say they are Gnostic's never have. For such people it would be better if you called yourselves "Christian Gnostic's," but even this doesn't excuse the fact Gnostic's did not read the scriptures literally and they did not really call themselves Gnostic, but rather were Christian Mystics some of which who were in high positions within the church of their day - like Valentinus. But it would do well to read the scriptures in the library to get a better understanding of how esoteric, allegorical, and internalized the whole thing was.

But who has actually read these?

I am pleased you mention the concept of internalization. Although I have experienced it many times I find it a very difficult experience to share with others. When I try, people tend to just get this glazed look on their eyes like I was speaking in a foreign language. Have you internalized unconditional love through actual experience?
