Default Chrisitan Wicca just another form of Gnosticism?

I've been doing some preliminary reading on "Christian Wicca" and many of their beliefs seem to derive from New Age / Gnosticism?
I'm not interested in converting to "Christian Wicca"!

I am however wondering if anyone has noticed some of their beliefs seem to be derived from Gnosticism rather than Christianity or Wicca?

I also looked into Christo-Wicca but was unable to reconcile it's polytheistic views with my own. I refer to myself as a Pagan-Influenced Christian. I worship only the Holy Trinity but use Pagan rites and spells as a means of connecting with my Creator. (as well as prayer and other "traditional" forms of Christian worship. I view God as the Author of all magi ck and magi ck as simply natural laws of the Universe He created.

Brightest Blessings

"be one thing or be the other"
"either be a hippo-christian...or be a Pagan"
"Trying to blend one thing with something that doesn't accept it is like trying to force yourself on a lover that doesn't want you around....get over it all ready"

You can't be a Christian Wiccan! It just doesn't work that way. They are two completely different types of religion.
Christians will dislike you for being a heretic from God.
Wiccans will dislike you for blending the tradition with some new age thing.

Just decide and stop trying to mix them together.
I'm sorry...this isn't my "opinion" this is total fact!

Wicca is not a free for all and it is not a catch all religion. It isn't everything you want it to be. Take it for it's entirety or don't follow it at all...that goes for all religions.

So be a Christian...or be a Pagan...not BOTH!

No, it's a form of BS. Christianity and Wicca are incompatible in all ways, despite what "Christian Wiccans" say. The Bible strictly forbids witchcraft and anything to do with witchcraft in several passages. Wicca is a form of witchcraft, therefore, does not work with Christianity.

You can't pick what you want and ditch the rest with religion. You have to take one or the other, in its entirety, not both. Some people are just so intellectually dull that they think they can cherry pick religions, combine them, do anything to them they wish and it's all OK. That's not how religion works.

Christian Wicca is not a logical or valid belief system (if you can call it that) and should be avoided at all cost. Christians and Wiccans alike look down on "Christian Wicca." It's a bigger joke than the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Most alleged Christian Wiccans think that Wicca is mysticism so they practice mysticism and call it Wicca.

Christian Wiccans are usually NEITHER.
