The Bible says in 1 John that "gnosticism" is satanism, so, "gnosticism" is not the answer to anything.

Gnosticism
The Nag Hammandi Library, gospels of Judas Iscariot, Mary Magdalene, Phillip,thomas are all Scriptures that did not make it in to the bible its worth a study to see why they were not omitted into the bible, not many Christians know where there bible came from, but the gnostic scriptures are some what more accurate but still the truth is hard to find. Its worth watching The bloodline the movie.(DVD) gnosticism means enlightened one wisdom. Gnosis is all about spiritual oneness and knowledge, Kabalah is also about oneness with god. Religion is man made get to the roots of it all you find the real truth its like an onion it has many layers.
