Going with a friend to tour a Hindu Temple-what should I bring?

I've been to one a few times on field trips but he needs to tour one for a project and I feel like I'm imposing by going along. What should I bring as a donation or offering to the temple to be polite? (they'll be feeding us free lunch)

First You need not worry about that .I think, you should NT bring anything over there.There is no such type of requirement..Yet if your wish to bring something Yea of course you can donate in anyways....It would be your wish..For more details check given website::

You dint really need to bring anything.. if you want bring a donation it can be any amount (Quarter-2$?) i dint know where u live exactly but yeah Lil, and yeah enjoy the lunch! and have Finn!

weather you bring anything or not.....do not touch anything with left hand....they think..left hand is unholy for dirty things..like cleaning and wiping the hole after poo, ( yes! Indians touch it with their left hand and think its hygienic, how ever its UN hygienic to wipe it with paper)

but what they dint know is...if god had made left hand to wipe poop, then he would have made left hand longer than the right hand, for ease?? dint you think???


off course they are gr eddy about money....just like any other religion so showering dollar bills will make you an Indian goddess of the temple
