If your mother's uncle's daughter means then you can't marry her as per the Hindu culture. As per your name, I think, you are from Tamil Nadu!
In English uncle means your mother's brother(mama) and your father's brother also called uncle(southpaw)Your mother's uncle means your mother's mother's(grandma's)brother is your mother's uncle.
