There is an archaeological exhibition in Addis Ababa, displaying ancient skeletons of homespun dating back to a million years, discovered from Africa and Middle East regions. The Indus civilization India is very recent when compared to that. In fact Dravidans of South India are the ancient people with a history of 4000 years with proof.

Am I the only one who picked up on this? There's a difference between spirituality and spiritualism. Spiritualism is when you contact the spirits of the dead, like mediums and psychics. Which one do you mean?

It is very true that the root of spirituality is in Hinduism. Hinduism encompasses all diverse ideas of religions. While you can find bits and pieces of spirituality in other religions , in Hinduism you find spirituality in its totality.

In ancient India , everyone was given choice to find the truth in their own ways. It was not rigid or dogmatic like many other religions. The ancient seers of India have aptly said: Ekam sat copra Buddha Vedanta ? "'So many religions, so many paths to reach one and the same goal."

The goal is the same , but only the way is different. The seers of Ancient India had realized this truth ages ago.
