It is not Christianity but those who is away from divine and is full of ego make people so. Those people have ego is beyond of any religion. A religion speaks of love but not ego, bliss but not fight.
If one christian says false to other religion beliefs, then he/she is no more in his own religion in which he is born. Without knowing anyone religion and say it false is a foulness and shows his egoistic nature full of proud. This is what here some said in reply to your question.
