No God or Godess especially allotted for this thing. But the Godess Lakshmi, who is the Godesses of Wealth, also gives prosperity, I think these all things are covered in the prosperity.

In her prayer (aerate) it is said:-
Tum bin Magyar Na hot, Vastra Na Koo pa ta; khan pan ka vaiobhav, sab tumse aata
Means:- without You, no yagyas/Havans are possible neither the clothings are possible, even the splendour of eatables & drinkables is coming from You only.
