How many Apostates of Islam are there?

look brother, as I told you, I'm ex-Muslim. so I believe that I have right to criticize my old religion. I have that right in order to preach my ideas. I'm not born Christians and know nothing about Quran and Islam. I know many about Islam and Quran and Hussein you're talking about. in fact, I was participating in Ashura in Iraq. I'm not Anti-Muslims, but yes, I'm anti-Islam, because Islam preach hate against us, preach hate against Pol, caused alto foe sufferings. Iraq is under tyrannys since Islam came to it. from Hajjaj to Saddam. 14000, if we still under Persian invasion since that time, I guess would be much better. Islam destroyed Iraq and divided it up. Ali is not better than Muhammed. if you studies christianity, please discuss, we are ready. now, I'm still studying, but I studies enough about Islam cuz I'm ex-muslim to preach against it. unless Islamic people stop voting and supporting Islamists, we will not stop preaching against Islam.

I didn't insult Muslims, I'm attacking some beliefs in Islam, if you consider them insult and shame this is your opinion, but then why you insulting yourself not me. I know a convert towards Christianity from Florida and he knew of a group of friends in the same situation.


I know quite a few in Canada. Mainly Algerians from Kabyle background who could care less and refuse to have any ties with Islam...

1) One Converted to Catholicism in order to protect his children and wife
He also keeps a low profile about it due to emotional and verbal violence towards him and family.

2) A firm Atheist (and one of the rare who is coherent about it) and stands up against rejections and even threats...

3) Quite a few women and for the obvious reasons (Domestic violence, polygamy and mistreatment). I know of two of them who actually lost track of their own children...

I am sure your question will attract violent response. Irshad Manji encourages Muslims and those who are from other beliefs (note i do not mention non-Muslim..) to defend and stand for human rights and the right to free speech and free do to think and of religion and especially the right to leave ones religion and community...

The issue I believe for you is not so much about converting to Christianity but much more about how other Islamic Muslims act towards converts, it is not uncommon to be violent.

Plus, in the USA, Islamic base Lobbyist groups have pretty much stopped and slowed that rethoric due to statistical descripencies in regareds to the fastest growing religion for obvious reasons:
1) They NEVER account muslims that convert to other denominations and still consider them muslims.
2) They always account Mixed (religiously mixed) families or couples as an all muslim family
3) On a world scale, converting in most Islamic countries is against the law and preaching other religion is against the law... So the Islamic block is not exposed to other thoughts and religious perspectives thus, it is a very debated point of view.

If other religions where not threaten by legal or informal violence in Islamic countries it would be interesting to see how and if there would be an adoption rate with Islam. What is true is, birthrate is the major reason that make the allegiance to that religion grow...

I can't understand what you want to prove, maybe there are some apostates but there are also many people who convert to Islam and some of them are really famous like "Cat Stevens".
I told you once before, if you want to preach for a religion preach for it, don't try to criticize others religion,it will only brings hate. Don't judge others, don't try to tell heinous things about Islam, there are many hidden facts about all religions, you must know that the most advanced torture instruments made by religious people of a certain religion during middle age or there are books like why I'm not a 'Certain religion' written by a famous philosopher but we are gentle enough not to discuss them in a public forum where people with all religions assume to share their questions.
You ask questions which you know their answers, I will be here and answer all your anti Islam questions but there isn't any point in it.

k buddy we no that u converted but why do u have to hate on Islam just because you could not find peace when you were a Muslim it dent mean you have to go on and Cristie Islam and for the hundredth time Islam does not preach the idea of hating everybody in the world. maybe u should get so facts before u start throwing insults around. i dint gave a crap about what u preach and whom u preach it to but do no insult a religion in which u have no knowledge in what so ever. I have many friends from diverse religions i have friends whom are christian, catholic, and Jewish not in one converstion about relgion did the critize or insult me or Islam and this are pure christians whom were born into christainty and the are aware of what there own relgion says so i think u should gain more knowledge and information about Islam before u ask another question
