The Holy Quran does tell the story or Jesus (or Isa) and also of his mother - the virgin Mary. But there is no mention of Mary Magdalene (at least no significant mention to be found easily)
Like the person noted above my answer. Yes it does mention her. We believe that she is the mother of Jesus and she was pregnant with him immaculate conception. She was a very humble and pious woman and was blessed in many ways.
