Scholors who understand the Quran, is this a contradiction. I'm confused, I need help
In the Quran, verses, 4:11 ? 13 and 4:176 explains how inheritance should be divided up. By these verses, it is understood that any kind of will is not allowed. But 2:180-182 seems to be saying to make a will (bequest) just before death. Is this a contradiction in the Quran?????
Judith r if u had read the Qumran for URSELF, u wouldn't be saying this rubbish. This is the only thing I have come across. Everything else agrees completely even with the scientific knowledge of TODAY. U can't say that for the bible.
N pals, If u do not know the answer, u don't have to use spite for other religions. If u know about Ur own religion, well n good, answer those questions.
No, it Justis adds to what we already know. Allah makes them better as time goes by.
2:106 Nothing of our revelation (even a single verse) do we abrogate or cause be forgotten, but we bring (in place) one better or the like thereof. Knowest thou not that Allah is Able to do all things?
it is not a contradiction. Truth stands clear from error, remember.
Sarah AN-NISA verses 11-13 says
that is the basic for one to know that how much a person deserves, but it also depends on the number of off springs u have.
it shows how much should be given to Ur son, brothers /sisters and relatives or daughter or parents or distant relatives or wife , depending on their existence and non-existence.
suppose, i have a daughter and a son, wife and no parents, then i will divide as per the Quran and give them a share, but the amount that needs to be given to the parents could again either be divided among someone or given to charity. this will prevent unnecessary confusion and fights over wealth.
and it also says that u should not leave Ur wife/children or parents or relatives in debt for which u were responsible. Allah says be just to all so that Allah be just with u.
now Sarah AL-BAQARAH
it says that a man should in his last days or when he feels its time for him, should produce a will dividing his wealth and asses ts equally among the relatives and those who are not his relatives(charity).
there is no contradiction in these 2 verses. one tells u how to do it and other tells u when to do it.
may the peace and blessings of Allah be with u and may He guide u in the right path.
You may please ask scholars, because if we give some answers here; may be it will turn to Fatwa. You know that there are certain qualified only who can give Fatwas based on Quran & Sunnah not everyone will have the enough knowledge to do so.
so go to the below links and there is a Fatwa section or Q& A section and you will get the right answer inhale.
May Allah bless you
after I read the text in Arabic,
I think the text in 2:180-182 talks generally
while in 4:11-13 talks in details
you can ask why?
you should notice that Arabs weren't giving anything to
women and have their own way of dividing wealth of a
dead person,so first it was just to tell there is another
way of doing that rather than yours,to prepare them
for accepting that, and deciding that there may be a will,
WHile the second describes the details,,,
as I can understand ,so there is no contradictions
sorry for those who don't respect basics of free
discussions,
