There is a massive variance in the INTERPRETATION of any religious text rather than a problem with all Mullas or the Quran itself.
The above applies to pretty much all religious doctrine ... remember how Christianity has been used as an excuse for extreme evil through the centuries.
We dint have to act, we have to "OBEY" and "Behave". The "Mullas" you are referring to are trying their level best to Behave in the manner as written in the Qura'an and the Sunnah's. But due to some impurity of their own spirit, they are not perfect. But, most of them Obey ISLAM and the Mullas I've met might Not.
Secondly, They are not showing Islam as terrorism. The Enemies of Islam Are. Islam IS NOT terrorism and threes are long details following it...
Because they are saying these but do not act upon it.They love the money only and that's why they are showing Islam as a terrorism.But only Ahmadiyya Community is walking on the foot steps of Hazrat Muhammad(P.B.U.H).
Why the Mullas in Islam do not act on Quran?,While they read that Book of God.?
