It's really barbaric. They think like if I steal then my one of my hands should be cut off and if I steal again then my other hand should be cut off.

I agree with Use Your Brain.

It keeps people in check, so its effective. But corporal punishments are rare in Islamic countries.

In Islam there isn't "eternal hell" to the guy up there ^ some people go, but eventually EVERYONE ends up in heaven.
