i just saw this phrase and thought about it a lot. i mean, from one side, i agree. i really don't like this religion, and the more i read about the life and the culture in Arab countries, i like it less. on the other hand, shouldn't we forgive our enemies and set a good example?
All religions are myths that hold back humanity, Islam being likely the most prevalent example. Having said that you can never judge 1.6 billion people on the actions of 19.
sent a good example for what?animals hijacked planes and killed thousands of people.how are we going to forget that especially if your family member died from it.
No. 9/11 was a horrible day for Americans but we cannot blame everything that happened on an entire religion. It was a radical group who most of the other Muslims have absolutely nothing to do with and do not have any part in that planned and executed the 9/11 attacks. Don't hate.
We do set a good example. Forgiveness is great. However, they are constantly on the attack. We must defend ourselves against the many, many militant extremists in this so called "religion". I am particularly bothered by the fact that the Muslim "church" does not do anything to stop it, not even protesting against the violence of their brothers and sisters.
Do unto others which they have done unto you is my motto. Their religion demands them to kill or convert all us infidels which is all I need to know. That and how people act like they never saw those million+ Muslims dancing in the streets celebrating a few hours after 9/11 is also why I can't stand them or the people that think if we are just kind to them they may not wanna kill us are idiots.
9/11 was caused by arrogant and ignorant people that thought that they know all. It was not about Islam. God has nothing to do with that. But ignorance and arrogance are a big part of it.
That is just simply a terrible philosophy to live by. 9/11 was done by Muslim extremists who were disliked and sometimes feared by other Muslim people. The culture has nothing wrong with it either. There are numerous things that people will point out as wrong just because they are different. For instance, woman are expected to cover themselves. Muslim women don't see this as prejudice but like being judged by who they are rather they how pretty they are. Blaming all Muslims for 9/11 is like nuking Russia just because an escaped Russian convict murdered someone in the U.S. You should forgive your enemies, but the fact is most Muslims don't need to be forgiven, because they have done nothing wrong.
If they can progress into this century and condemn the inhumane atrocities and abuses of human rights carried out in the name of their holy book and sharia law.
Honestly, 9/11 shouldn't have been a learning experience for anybody. We all should have known what Islam was long before that.
Muslim blood lust has been on display since the day the cult was formed. In the grand scheme of Islam's war against civilization.. 9/11 was pretty trivial.
It is OK to forgive your enemies AFTER they have stopped living to kill you.
My nanny growing up was a Japanese woman, I have lived in Germany and count members of that country among my best friends, plus I have dated two women from Vietnam.
I suppose these friendships were made easier by the fact that they were no longer attacking us with Zeroes, submarines or grenades.
The point is that we cannot let our guard down while the war is still on.
