Muslims: What is Islam's view on other people practicing magic?

I know that in the Qur'an, it bans practicing Muslims from practicing magic, but what is the view on non-Muslims practicing magic? Is it any different like the Baha'i view on homosexuality or is it just as bad as a magic-practicing Muslim?

According to Islam, practicing any sort of magic is said to be one of the most vile sins in Islam, and is also the same to be true in the Bible as well. Abu Huraira Narrated: The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." The companions inquired, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they? "He said, "To join others in worship along with Allah, to practice sorcery, unlawfully take a life, eat Riba (usury), eat the property of an orphan, run away from the battlefield, and falsely accuse chaste women.."

If you find yourself a victim of black magic, then this is God's calling to you. It is a test of your faith and your strength, and God is trying to help you to make the right decision. We have been given free will, so you have the choice of how you will behave. The most important lesson here is to not blame or hold revenge in your heart against your perpetrators who have done this to you.

"Avoid the seven noxious things"- and after having said this, the Prophet (SAW) mentioned them: "associating anything with Allah; magic; killing one whom Allah has declared inviolate without a just case, consuming the property of an orphan, devouring usury, turning back when the army advances, and slandering chaste women who are believers but indiscreet."
