Assalamu alumKimis world can persist if this Qur'an verse 2..187 was not delivered because the sexual relationship between husband and wife could be avoided during the fasting month (ramadan) only but it is too heavy because it is too long for husband and wife to avoid it so Allah gives us the permission to have sex just on the night After ramadan everything will be normal we can have sex at any time we need it except if our wives are in monthly period and they are ill or so tired Based on hadith fasting can decrease the sexual lusts
Regarding the position of man in relation to the universe, the Quran says: ?God has made subservient to you whatever is on the earth or in the Universe. You are destined to rule over the Universe.? But in relation of God, the Quran says: ?O man, God has bestowed on you excellent faculties and has created life and death to put you to test in order those actions are good are who has deviated from the right path?.
Inspite of free will which he enjoys to some extent, every man is born under certain circumstances and continues to live under certain circumstances beyond his control. With regard to this, God says according to Islam, ?it is My will to create any man under conditions that seem best to me. Cosmic plans, finite mortals cannot fully comprehend. But I will certainly test you in prosperity as well as in adversity, in health as well as sickness, in heights as well as depths. My ways of testing differs from man to man, from hour to hour. In adversity do not despair and do not resort to unlawful means. It is but a passing phase. In prosperity do not forget God. God?s gifts are given only as trusts. You are always on trial; every movement on test. In this sphere of life ?their?s is not to reason why. Their?s is but to do and (as every man on earth) die.? If you live, live accordance with God; and if you die, die in the religion of God. Do not consider this temporal life on earth as end of human existence. There is a life after death and it is eternal. Life after death is only a connecting link, a door that opens up hidden reality of life. Every action in life, however insignificant, produces a lasting effect. It is correctly recorded somehow. Some of the ways of God are known to you, but many of his ways are hidden from you. What is hidden from you in this world will be unrolled and laid open before you in the next. The virtuous will enjoy the blessings of God which the eyes have not seen, nor has the ear heard. Those who have wasted opportunity ( to do peace and kindness to humanity), in this life shall under the inevitable law, which makes every man taste of what he has done, be subjected to a course of treatment of the spiritual disease which they have brought about with their own hands. Beware, it is a terrible ordeal. Bodily pain is torture, you can bear it somehow. Spiritual pain is hell, you will find it unbearable.
I am not sure but I think I read some where that previous Ummahs like Jews and Christians were not allowed to have sex in nights as well as days during their fasting days. Allah had Moses fast for 40 days when he went to spend time with Allah on the Mount Sini. so I assume 40 days of fasting was prescribed for all Jews also. If they were not allowed to have sex even in night of fasting days, it had to be hard on them. Those who didn't follow the command of God must have committee severe sins. It was their test from Allah.
If Allah had prescribed Muslims to fast one full month without giving permission to married Muslims to have sex in nights if they wish, then Muslims would have assumed that we are not allowed to have sex in this month as Jews were not allowed. By giving us this permission Allah has relaxed his test for we Muslims. Today very few Jews do observe fasting a was prescribed for them. May be only very devoted Rabii observe fasting.
But with the mercy of Allah for Muslims, majority of Muslim children above 7 years of age and high percentage of adult Muslims do observe fasting in all Muslim countries. They pray five times in the month of prescribed pr ayes in Ramadhan more than in all other months and do extra Traver prayers in night very regularly. Prophet SAW did pray Traver prayers with no more than eight rajahs but today majority of Muslims pray 20 rajahs of Traver prayers as was suggested by Ameerul Momineen Omar Farouq to please Allah and earn extra reward in month of Ramadan because Allah promises upto 70 or 700 times compared to all others months. So every one zealously do lots of optional prayers to Allah SWT - the God All Mighty.

(2:187) It has been made lawful for you to go to your wives during the nights of the fast days. They are as a garment to you and you are as a garment to them.190 Though Allah knew that you were secretly dishonest to yourselves, He has pardoned your guilt and forgiven you. NOW you are permitted to have intercourse with your wives and enjoy what Allah has made lawful for you.191 You are also permitted to eat and drink during the nights of the Fast months.192 until you can discern the white streak of dawn from the blackness of night.193 " Then (abstain from all these things and) complete your fast till night-fall.194 But you should not have intercourse with your wives while you confine yourselves to mosques.195 These are the bounds set by Allah; so do nut go near them.196 In this way Allah makes His Commands clear to mankind. It is expected that they will guard themselves against wrong ways.
So aside from making no connection from your question to the verse and besides taking something out of context and lying about a verse, what else do you hope to accomplish?
