Christians? How come 20,000 Americans are Converting to Islam?

Each year? And what do you think it is that attracts so many Americans to the Religion? *This question in no way reflects my personal beliefs on either religion. I just want to know what you think.

That's only America...not the whole world! I guess it's done out of ignorance! But now I've been brought back to my Light and will not convert!

I guess that American Christianity has turned so flashy and false with smarmy preachers raking in the money in mega churches to the backing of awful music, that some people who are attracted to religion might crave something more austere and serious. My theory.

There are so many lies and propaganda against Islam out there; I guess people just want to find out what it is for themselves. Translations of the Q'uran are very accurate, and haven't changed in the religion's history. I still don't think that it's any better of a faith than Judaism or Christianity. All three of these religions worship the same violent God.

Many Muslims come into this country through male-order brides. They marry them and divorce them and then the process repeats. They get into America legally generally. Their purpose is to spread Islam and promote Islam as a peaceful religion. When they have a strong number of people as well as political power, than they are able to change the foundation of our human rights, and incorporate Sharia Law.

Many of these converts are coming from poorer urban areas where life is tough and hard. Islamic inclusiveness on all races and cultures and especially their tough stance against drugs, alcohol and gambling seems to be very appealing to these converts for their future and their children's as well.

Muslims are a brotherhood community. If they meet a total stranger then they find out that he is a Muslim too, they are instantly Biro's.

That's what most of my non-Muslims friends like about Islam. Maybe that's the cause.
