The Qumran is the final revelation from the god, it is the miracle of the god in recital audio form. Where as the other books are god given inspiration to men, the Qumran is the god's own words.

Where as the other miracles mentioned in the bible, were visual miracles, that were passed down as the father mentioned it to the son, and the son mentioned what his father saw, and so on until we today find kids yawn over the mention that happened several centuries ago.
