Jainism is a branch of Hindu religion while Buddhism is eastern religion.

Is religion connected to art and architecture? Have you not studied in your school that religion has nothing to do with architecture? or art? Are you on a matured age to Analise your question ? Or are you just fooling everybody here in yahoo answers.

pagodas, em mm, cave temples. temples that were built from the ground down, dug up. pretty cool.( NM, these are Hindu temples) I took an Asian art history class last quarter, don't remember much really. But a lot of art came from Buddhism, and influenced Chinese painting, and then Japanese.
