Which Commandments should I follow? Geeta, Veda, Bible, Kuran, Budha, Jainism and man
I have read nearly all the books described above, should I stick to Bible as it is very near and touching to ALMIGHTY CREATOR, SAVOIR, PROVIDER FATHER GOD. This question is only for non Christians please........My wisdom forces me to believe on Bible only
Only you know the answer to your question because all of these text are true if you are open for the truth they represent, but none of them are necessary. Think of them as a means to draw your truth out of yourself.
Follow none of those. They were all written by men who had an agenda -- to manipulate the masses. When considering your own conduct, ask one question: does my behavior cause harm to anyone, including myself? If no, then it is permissible.
Lay off the beer dude....stop buying drugs in that spot...if Jesus was the last Messenger in our time then you should stick to what he has to say ....Mohammad was good but Jesus was the real thing
God"Say: we believe in God and in what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il: Isaac, Jacob and The Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus and the Prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another, among them, and to God do we bow our will (in Islam)." (Qur'an, Al-Imran 3:84)
the Meccans still demanded of him a miracle, and with remarkable boldness and self confidence Mohammad appealed as a supreme confirmation of his mission to the Koran itself. Like all Arabs they were the connoisseurs of language and rhetoric. Well, then if the Koran were his own composition other men could rival it. Let them produce ten verses like it. If they could not (and it is obvious that they could not), them let them accept the Koran as an outstanding evident miracle.247 (The well-known Arabist Hamilton Gibb of the University of Oxford)
If you have doubts about what We have sent down to Our servant, produce another Sudra equal to it, and call your witnesses, besides Allah, if you are telling the truth. (Qur'an, 2:23)
Do they say, "He has invented it"? Say: "Then produce a Sudra like it and call on anyone you can besides Allah if you are telling the truth." (Qur'an, 10:38)
The basic Ten Commandments are included in all religions. No religion says you may steal or commit a crime or adultery and go unpunished. Some religions expand the list according to their social needs, others shorten it, but the basics remain untouched. What is prohibited in Christianity (as basic) is prohibited in Judaism, Islam, Buddhism and their varied sects.
You see, the benefits of following those commandments is not only spiritual; they are social too. Thus, depending on which society you are associated with, your belief is enhanced by your conduct and behavior. Over and above the 10 basic commandments, it is up to you, however, to choose which of the other social rules to follow.
You please stick on one who saves you in the times troubles, thus your faith my lead you in the right path.
All the Holy books that you've described are all tech you the one thing that is, do good and Aviod Evil......... Think about it and act on.............
