Hinduism gave birth to most modern religions, to be honest. Buddhism is a given. In the west, Brahma got turned into Abraham.

Most people think so but there are some scholars now who actually think its the reverse. They are very few though.

Hinduism is old.Most of the principles in both the religions are same. Jain's give more troubles to body. Hinduism is flexible.

Ancient India had explored many ways to attain self realization . Buddhism and Jainism are only two ways of attaining the Self.Hinduism shows various ways.
