Default Is Jainism actually regarded as an atheist religion?

If so, since I am a Jain, can I be both? Because that's just confusing.
KBCA: Those are Tirthankaras Jains follow, they are not Gods, but some do accept them as such.

Yes, neither Jainism nor Buddhism require god belief. Jainists do not believe in (Gods) creators of the universe. Jainists believe reality is eternal and hence not created by any gods.

No. To quote:

Jainism believes that universe and all its substances or entities are eternal. It has no beginning or end with respect to time. There is no need of some one to create or manage the affairs of the universe. Universe in run own its own accord by its own cosmic laws. Hence Jainism does not believe in God as a creator, survivor, and destroyer of the universe.

However Jainism does believe in God. When a living being destroys all his karma's, he possesses perfect knowledge, vision, power, and bliss. He becomes omniscient and omnipotent. This living being is a God of Jain religion. Hence Jains do not believe in one God. Gods in Jain religion are innumerable and the number is continuously increasing as more living beings attain liberation. Every living being has a potential to become God of the Jain religion.

Athiests are atheists because they don't follow religion. To follow religion would mean that you're not an atheist. There are no atheist religions.

Jainism is a spiritual belief. They have concepts of reincarnation and karma. Athiests generally don't believe in any sort of universal spirit, karma or reincarnation.
