Generally, Jainism (like Hinduism) does not seek converts. They are both not missionary faiths.
If you can accept its principles, then you are a Jain. There is no conversion process that I know of.
A lot of Jains I know have a mixture of Jain and Hindu beliefs. So you can have your Hindu beliefs if you want, and follow the Five Vows of Jainism.
