None. Jesus is the one and only way to God.

One superstition is as valid as another but Buddhism has some practical advice.

Buddhism. No God to ruin your life, a simple code of ethics to follow, show respect to everyone, continual rebirths until you have all life's lessons mastered...sounds good, no?

Jainism.

Hinduism encourages the discriminatory caste system. Buddhists... I don't really know.

Buddhism (but overall as an Atheist, I'm a bigger fan of the 'Eastern Religions' so all those listed are probably better than the Western religions).

I know little of Jainism (but just read a little now).

Personally I have found Buddhists to be the best at following their religion to live their lives. But also they don't preach, aren't self-righteous or egotistical, and have the best spiritual practices (mindfulness and meditation have been scientifically shown to work in a beneficial way, where as prayer has been debunked by science).

However Hinduism brought us yoga which has positive benefits to mood and stress.

I prefer the 'Eastern' religions over the 'Western' ones any day. They are simply more evolved and less ego-centric (although some Christians are humble, I certainly don't see a trend there).

Buddhism

Buddhism have spread to a very large area in Asia.and rest of the world.

Jainism never get out of India.

Hinduism branch out to south east Asia but is displace by Islam.
Hinduism preach inequality - caste system.
Jainism and Buddhism branch out from Hinduism because of this inequality.
That is why there are similarity between the three religions.

Dear Freons, Hinduism does not preach on caste system which allows different stages of people. Ive explain this in a previous Q, and ill paste it here too.

Caste system that is practiced today in India is not as what it was mentioned in the Vedas, the holy bible of Hinduism. The Vedas has clearly mentioned that the 4 'caste' is actually based on the Human's mind behavior and their spiritual level. A Brahmin simply means a person who has a strong connection with God, his spiritual level is high. A Brahman can any day have a 'Shudra' son/daughter, if the son or daughter has a bad attitude such as indulge in adultery, has bad intention and what not. It a fact that the Brahmin's in India knew this and doesn't want their fellow people (fair skinned people) to be in the level of Shudra, more of a ego and pride, and they thus misinterpreted it all round way.
