Default Questions regarding Jainism !?

how often do you go to temple?
what are some rituals you do on a daily basis?
what is another important symbol besides the emblem with the swastika and the open palm

anything info related to the rituals and symbols would be very helpful.

I am a Hindu but I can help you. Jainism is a part of Sanatana Dharma just like Hinduism, Sikhism, and Buddhism is. It is a whole system of philosophy.

They go to temple every Sunday usually. some rituals they do are pukes and Artus.

the open palm is the only Jain symbol i know.

Going to Temple: My grandmother goes to temple twice everyday.
My mom goes to temple only eventually (some people may choose to go every Sunday, or any other day depending on what suits them)

On a daily basis, my grandmother would read "smack" . It simply is a short read to remind oneself about how their behavior should be and then puma in temple.
In evening, she would eat before sunset and would do "Aarti" in temple.

my parents fast every Sunday. There are too many customs and rituals etc. basic idea behind all those is to let go of material stuff and teach yourself to be content without those. Material stuff would include almost everything you can think of, food, emotions etc.
Hope this helps.
