What do you mean by Jewish - history, comedy, religion, children's? Judaism is an entire civilization - the answers are immense - it is like asking what are good American shows - so here is a start:
The largest catalog and archive is Steven Spielberg Jewish Film Archive at http://www.spielbergfilmarchive.org.il/
The entire catalog is accessible on line, as is a secondary library of in-progress demographic research, including films not held by the Archive.
