the Torah is the word of god ------------and the Talmud was written by Jewish religious people-------Talmud can safely be said ,as a derivative of the Torah's teachings which is the main religious text in Judaism

just my view

good luck

Jewish writings on the Tanakh (what Christians call the Old Testament) more of a commentary but held in high esteem.

Both- the Mishnah (oral law) was given at the same time as the written law on Mt Sinai. The Gomorrah is the commentary on that and includes discussions on ethics, morality, history, practical applications of the law etc. So the Mishnah is the word of G-d, the Gemorrah commentary and a library of Jewish thought.
