I LentNT lot of stuff, but I go to a public school, and if I showed up one day wearing a kippah\yarmulke, I would receive many anti-semitic comments, or remarks.

Depends, what do you believe faith is? And do you need faith to be spiritual. I'm not in anyway dismissing you beliefs, but it is wise to question you thoughts at times.

Just be yourself and forget what everyone else says. They might even respect you for following your own religion.

Follow your heart! How ever you feel about any religion express it any way you want. You have the right to any religion. If you are going to do then do it completely. Show G-d your love with everything you do. Have you thought about a private school that teaches Judaism. There are wonderful ones here in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dont worry about what anyone else says. Its your faith and faith is a personal choice.

U could start by learning that it's the sabbath right now and there aren't a lot of Jews on line.

then get a book: It's a Mitzi or it's a matzot - gives some ideas on how to become more observant (my best friend has it ordered)

talk with Ur family and rabbi on how to handle the idiots.

wearing of a kip pah is not mandatory, especially not if it would lead to trouble. and you could start by doing other Mitzi's.

having said that...

1) you could wear any hat. people wear hats all the time and they don't have to be a kip pah it can be anything that covers your head to remind you that you're not the supreme being.
2) if you're into being a martyr, you could wear it in spite of all the comments and such, just to show that you are who you are. if you get anti Semitic comments... it will teach you a very important lesson about Judaism. that you cannot be assimilated and a Jew at the same time. unless you live in a primarily Jewish community such as in Israel or new york etc.
