We are not able to measure "righteousness" only Hashem. We do believe that our Patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were definitely holy, as well as Moses, David, etc). BUT ultimately, we can each achieve the greatest level of Holiness too. We do not believe that some people are born with more potential then others--each person is judged in their own level and each person can achieve their own personal greatness.

There is a great story in the Talmud where R'Zerash says that when he gets to Heaven they are not going to ask him, "Why weren't you as great as Moses?!" because he didn't have all the things that Moses did, they are going to ask him, why weren't the great Rabbi Zerash?!" Meaning, each person will be judged according to their own personal potential that they could have reached---hopefully we will all reach it!
