Doesn't matter. If you are raised a Christian, then you are a Christian, but you can change at any time. If you are raised another religion, but want to be a Christian, then you still can be.

No, Christianity is not an ethnicity. Even though some Catholics would like to think otherwise.

They need to believe

Even people born in a deeply Christian family, will one day have to choose to believe or reject

No one is born Christian

No. Someone who is born Jewish belongs to the tribe of Judah. It is not necessarily a religion. This confuses some people.

Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God?children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband?s will, but born of God.

John 1:12-13

Yes one can be born a Christian but they have to be born a second time. The first time we are born we are born sinful human beings then when we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior we are Born again of the Spirit and we are born God's children.
John 3:1-8
Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said, ?Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.?
Jesus replied, ?Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.
?How can someone be born when they are old?? Nicodemus asked. ?Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother?s womb to be born!?
Jesus answered, ?Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, ?You must be born again. The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.

You have mixed apples with pears there.

Christianity is a faith. Jews and Americans are races of people. They are entirely different.

No you cannot be born a Christian. You can be born of the Jewish Race or American of course.

People are born into Christian families all the time and indoctrinated. Children are baptized and enter their institutions before they can choose. Choosing another option later in life can be difficult because of opposition by the surrounding Christians, which often leads to lack of support by family and in the community.

Nobody has ever been born christian or Jewish or American.
Those thoughts cannot get into the brain until the brain has had a few years to develop.

That is why Zen masters sometimes ask "who were you before you were born?"; not because they want you to literally remember it, but to throw the attention back to reality.

No one is born Christian. It is an active choice of conscience (with knowledge) to turn from sin and trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

John 3:16-18 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (17) For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. (18) Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

You cannot be a Christian from the birth womb. Rather, you must believe in Jesus for yourself to be saved. Jesus is God and Messiah, to get into heaven, believe in Jesus! That easy! Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead!

Jesus is the only way to heaven. Nothing else can pay for any of your sins, not works, not good deeds, nothing. Jesus already paid for all of our sins with His sacrifice, so, believe in Jesus and you are going to heaven!
