Psalms and Daniel in the OT/Tanakh?

Books of the Bible (and who decided we had to have 20 characters in this stupid box? Yadda Adda Adda.....) ?
Is there a sect of Christianity that believes the Old Testament does NOT contain the books of Psalms and Daniel? The Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and Jewish Tanakhs do. Is there some sect that removes some of the books from the Christian bible?

Looks like someone owes me $100.00 - they were willing to bet that Daniel and Psalms aren't in the Christian OT. I have the email too.
