Explain this to me, "Jesus warned us of those who wear long robes and pray form prayers in synagogues..."

He is warning us of hypocrites and false teachers.

Jesus said to pray alone in the closet, not in public like the heathens.

Do you care to give a reference? I suspect I know what you are speaking of but would not like to make an assumption.

Hypocrites and false teachers - simply take a peek into the various denominations today and see who fits the bill. Once you see who wears what, take a listen to what they preach, then compare it to the Bible, this should explain a lot!

but warned about those who do religious acts or costumes for the sake of merely impressing others and not to glorify God and further faith,hope and love among people

and one can do that in a suit as easily as in a robe

Today it's televangelists that wear too much jewelry and fly around in jets bought with donations and gifts; jets that they swore would never be used for personal business. And they point to Scriptures in the Bible about the falling away and say, "That will never happen!"
