Honestly speaking, the satanic bible is the most modern book you have there, id read that one.

It makes the most sense, has no irrational nonsense in it, and contains a great basis for morality.
It teaches non-violence, no animal sacrifice ( unlike the bible and Qumran).

The Bible is the root of the Book of Mormon, the Quran, and the Talmud. So I would start with that.

I frankly don't know what is in Dianetics but I don't think it is considered a religious book. Isn't it only a self halo book with a very limited scope. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

As for the Satantic Bible, this was written as an opposition to Christianity. It therefore is reactionary and has no universal truth.

Dianetics is the philosophy behind Scientology which is a recognized religion, so yes, it would be classified as religion. In addition, the question asked which would show the truth. Perhaps the truth would be found in a self help book rather than a religion.

There is truth in almost all those books, but you won't find any being drunk. The basic message of prophets is to trust in God, and keep his commandments. If you do, you will be blessed and know that the commandment is truly of God.

I don't think you are really trying to find any "truth." If you found "truth," could you face it, could you live it, or would you turn a blind eye to it? You're just being silly.

Truth is provided by the Holy Ghost which does not dwell with someone who is inebriated or full of hatred. Sorry, you will receive no Truth tonight.
