Can someone confirm this Talmud quote ?

Something along the lines of "if a gentile saves a Jewish life they will be regarded as righteous but if they are the servants of the Jew they will not be so regarded as it is their duty to protect the Jew".

?This is what the Talmud says in regards to this....

"Whosoever preserves a single soul of Israel, Scripture ascribes to him as if he had preserved a complete world"

Who ever saves a single life, is as though they saved an entire universe.

There is a famous quote; 'He who saves one life, it as if if he saved the world entire.'
