I agree more with the old testament more than the new testament, i was raised Christan but never really felt connected with the church I've always felt and Strorg connection to the Jewish religion and belief's since child hood , I'm at an crossroads i don't know which religion to choose, ( i really wanna feel that connection with god)
And you have every right to choose the way of worship that SPEAKS TO YOU. Whichever one brings you closer to God, whichever one floats your boat-- that's the right one.
if your mother is Jewish, yes. if not, no. connection with the OT has nothing to do with it however if you feel that strongly you could always convert.
You get to decide what religion or religions you want to follow, if any. You don't have to formally declare yourself a Jew to resonate with the teachings of the OT. If you feel like a Jew in your heart, you get to declare yourself such.
But ultimately I'd focus less on hanging a shingle (title) on your beliefs. You believe what you believe and that's just fine.
