Default Mormon boys!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I like a boy who is Mormon I think he likes me back. So my question is since I'm not Mormon is there a chance we could date when he turns 16 or is that like a No-No in Mormonism? No bashing for me using the word no-no!

No.

You'd basically have to seduce him and get him to prefer you (and sex with you) over staying in the cult.

ha ha i dated a Mormon before he turned 16. it was such a scandal at school Lil
but to answer your question, Mormons are typically allowed to date when they turn 16. it also depends on how strict their parents are... or if their kids are willing to lie to their parents ;D

If we're not allowed to bash you for using the word 'no-no', can we bash you for using "!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" instead of a simple question mark?

As for whether or not there's a chance of you dating him, that would depend on how utterly programmed with Mormonism he is, and how much independence he still has.

That really depends on the guy. I know a 50 year old Mormon grandma who got engaged to a young single childless Muslim boy because she just wants a husband because she thinks that marriage is her ticket to the highest heaven. Hopefully this man you are interested in is not that selfish and won't use you or anyone for his own benefits like this woman but I am just warning you that there is that possibility with Mormons.

Mormonism is not Christian. Mormonism is a cult that rejects the free gift of salvation in Jesus, so Mormonism leads to eternal torment in the lake of fire. Mormonism also rejects the TRUTH that JESUS IS GOD, so Mormonism has a different and fake "god" that cannot save, and a different and fake "Jesus" that is not the TRUE JESUS. Mormonism is idolatry.

And also the truth is that only the BIBLE is the Word of God. The "book of Mormon" is not from God.

The TRUE JESUS loves Mormon people so very much, and wants them ALL saved! So Mormon people need to get away from Mormonism, and instead, believe in the TRUE JESUS for His free gift of salvation! Getting into heaven is truly only by believing in Jesus for His free gift of salvation, without adding ANY of your own works.

JESUS TRULY paid for all our sins with His death on the cross! And then Jesus rose from the dead! Nothing else pays for any of your sins, not works, not good deeds, nothing.

So believe in Jesus for His free gift of salvation RIGHT NOW!

Jesus is God, and Jesus loves you so very much! And the Trinity is true! Jesus is the Messiah!

The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to hell, is by believing in JESUS for His free gift of eternal life in heaven, believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died on the cross for all our sins as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe in Jesus for His free gift of salvation, and you will be in heaven, no matter what! John 3:16, John 6:47!

Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in JESUS for His free gift of salvation! It is impossible to lose or "leave" salvation (John 6:39-40, John 10:28, 1 John 5:13).

Please pray now: "Jesus, I believe that You died on the cross to pay for my sins and that You rose from the dead, and I thank You for eternal life!" You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die!

I know plenty of young men who have dated girls who aren't Mormon. I won't lie when I say it is usually discouraged depending on the type of standards the girl holds (same goes for girls dating boys who aren't Mormon), but it's more dependent on what his parents set as rules in their house than the religion itself.

Yes there is a chance you can date when he turns 16. Especially if you are a girl of good character and the type of which Mormon boys are encouraged to look for in someone they date.

Sure

Most LDS kids aren't looking for marriage at 16.

Rather than dating, a good idea would be to go to LDS Activities.

It is not very likely that this young man will ever want to date you. But going to LDS Activities can be a lot of fun. You don't have to be a Mormon to go to LDS Activities.

So that would be a good thing for you to do.

Sometimes there are dances, sometimes there are other activities, check into it, and you will be able to find out what is happening like that in your area.

Mormons marry Temple Worthy Mormons at a rate of over 90%. This is because young Mormon men and women share something in common, a belief in Jesus Christ, and in Heaven, that transcends this life. Forever love is infinite, so it is hard for a Non-Mormon to understand it.

Some, rather than try to understand the teachings of THE Church Of JESUS CHRIST Of Latter Day Saints, harden their hearts and mock Mormons beliefs. Don't you do this, just because perhaps a romance that you would like to pursuit, does not work out.

There is no reason not to have some fun, and if you want to be around LDS Young People you are more than welcome.

But if you want to have any kind of a real romantic relationship with a Mormon, you will almost certainly have to convert at some time in the future. Otherwise the whole thing would be a rather pointless exercise in futility.

Go to http://www.Mormon.org, for more information on LDS beliefs. It is always good to have information about people that you socialize with.

If your romantic intentions will go anywhere, you will have to convert. Simple as that. I hope I made myself clear on that point. Just the way it is. No getting around it, you will have to decide for yourself, if it is worth it, or not.
