Okay so a friend was just telling me about being Mormon and all that stuff and he said he'd bring a copy of the book of Mormon for me tomorrow.NOW the girl I like is Mormon and he said that Mormons can't date until they are 16 which she will be in April and I just turned 15 in January! So can I still go out with her once she's 16????
Yeah, as long as she's 16. A lot of Mormons have a no-dating-people-who-aren't-Mormon rule, though. It depends on the Mormon usually and her parents.

It is suggested that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) do not date until they are 16. Some families follow this and some do not. Some also go overboard.
Treat her and her parents with respect. Become her friend and don't fight the parent's rules. Let the parents see that you respect her and her beliefs. Then when you do date, it will be with a lot less hassle from mom and dad.
