Default Is Fox news trying to make Mormonism seem normal and moderate?

Glen beck is Morman and Mitt Romney is as well...are they looking for Romney in 2012 for Perez?
unlikely that Hary Reid will ever run for Perez
anyone who thinks Mormonism is OK, needs to research the facts

I'd take Romney. I'm not afraid of Mormons, but homosexuals creep me out.

Who cares about their religion if they know how to run the country what does it matter?

why is it republicans care about their religion their sexual orientation if they are married how many kids they have?

What does any of this matter when the person for the job is the person for the job and their religion doesn't effect it in anyway.

Looks like a pattern to me.

They are still Christians.

Crazy -- I need to get me some of those Magic Underwear...I hear it drives the hot Mormon chicks wild.

Any church that requires a percentage of your income to join should be questioned...especially when they preach love and acceptance but turn anyone who's not part of their castle-like churches away if you don't relinquish the required recurring and tax-exempt "fee".

I understand why there may be some resentment towards Mormonism in light of the Prop 8 atrocity. I am not Mormon and I disagree with many of the restrictive teachings of Mormonism. But this country strives on religious freedom, and I am deeply offended by your suggestion that Mormonism is not normal.

I suppose you'd be more content if Fox news had Islamic fundamentalists as anchors?

Pretty much, Conservatives are more Racist than they are Religious.

They rather connect with Romney because he's White than Obama because he's Christian.

Yeah, I find it hilarious that conservatives find Mormonism more normal and acceptable than, say, a Hispanic person (Sotomayor) commenting that sometimes minorities are more fit to rule on certain things than the usual preponderance of wealthy, powerful white men.

They're worried about a Hispanic person's "objectivity," but apparently not the objectivity of someone with a laughably absurd religion.
