Rings are not part of the Mormon wedding ceremony in the temple, but they usually give the couple a chance to exchange rings before the ceremony begins. There's no church ban against them, and I proudly wear my wedding ring all the time.
I have never met a married Mormon man or woman that does not wear a wedding ring. But then again I have not really been thinking about it. Some Mormons probably don't wear wedding rings, I just never noticed or thought about it too much.
