All the Mormons that I've ever met (the ones who I know personally, not the ones that come up to your house) never had a problem with it.

My friends who are Mormon, did a lot more with their boyfriends than I ever did. They also talked about it more than me.. As long as it was not intercourse they did not consider it sex. I also found out through a Mormon Friend that she does not consider it cheating on her husband if she does not have intercourse. But everything else is okay.
