Default would a Jehovah's Witnesses loan their Kingdom Hall building to a Presbyterian group

the Presbyterians' building was burnt down, and the Kingdom Hall is in the same area.

No. Our Kingdom Halls are for the promoting of true worship as outlined in the Bible.

No

But they could come to our meetings if they'd like. Everyone is welcome.

To Amy R - actually we use real wine when we celebrate the Memorial of Christ's death. Alcohol during such a ceremony is not a problem in a Kingdom Hall.

It is quite possible. These kinds of accommodations are made all the time, especially in these cases. The specific use and times for areas needs to be discussed. Understand that they will not allow you to bring alcohol in, I believe, so you would need to use grape juice for communion in the interim - many churches do this anyway to avoid the use of alcohol.

Here is your Answer"

Consider the apostle Paul?s direction: ?Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? Further, what harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what portion does a faithful person have with an unbeliever? And what agreement does God?s temple have with idols? .?.?. ?Therefore get out from among them, and separate yourselves,? says Jehovah, ?and quit touching the unclean thing?; ?and I will take you in.?? (2?Corinthians 6:14-17)

Hope that clears things Up.

Well, it would make sense for someone in that area to respond. I would say, No. It wouldn't make sense for us to help further a belief system we feel is wrong. Doesn't mean we don't provide aid to others, but just like how I wouldn't give drug money to someone, since I don't agree with drug usage.

What is the Bible?s viewpoint as to interfaith?

How did Jesus view religious leaders who pretended to be righteous but disrespected God? ?Jesus said to them: ?If God were your Father, you would love me, for from God I came forth and am here. Neither have I come of my own initiative at all, but that One sent me forth. .?.?. You are from your father the Devil, and you wish to do the desires of your father. That one was a man slayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks according to his own disposition, because he is a liar and the father of the lie. Because I, on the other hand, tell the truth, you do not believe me. .?.?. This is why you do not listen, because you are not from God.???John 8:42-47.

Would it demonstrate loyalty to God and to his righteous standards if his servants were to embrace in religious brotherhood those who themselves practice what God condemns or who condone such practices? ?Quit mixing in company with anyone called a brother that is a fornicator or a greedy person or an idolater or a reviler or a drunkard or an extortioner, not even eating with such a man. .?.?. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God?s kingdom.? (1?Cor. 5:11; 6:9,?10) ?Whoever .?.?. wants to be a friend of the world is constituting himself an enemy of God.? (Jas. 4:4) ?O you lovers of Jehovah, hate what is bad. He is guarding the souls of his loyal ones.??Ps. 97:10.

2?Cor. 6:14-17: ?Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? Further, what harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what portion does a faithful person have with an unbeliever? And what agreement does God?s temple have with idols? .?.?. ??Therefore get out from among them, and separate yourselves,? says Jehovah, ?and quit touching the unclean thing??; ??and I will take you in.???

Rev. 18:4,?5: ?I heard another voice out of heaven say: ?Get out of her, my people, if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues. For her sins have massed together clear up to heaven, and God has called her acts of injustice to mind.??

ridiculous question.
we do NOT believe in mixing religions!

If you look at it in a different light - Presbyterians would be welcome to come to a meeting that the witnesses held.

Just remember: witnesses teach directly from the bible without added man-made teachings, doctrines,or dogma.

No. The Kingdom Hall is for worship to Jehovah God, not to a trinity godhead who Prue-determines people's destinies.

2?Cor. 6:14-17: ?Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? All members of the church would be welcome to worship along with us at the Kingdom Hall! However, no other religion can be taught at the Kingdom Hall.

While Jesus said give to any who ask of you see:
Mat 5:42 Give to him who asks of you, and you shall not turn away from him who would borrow from you.

It appears that most Jehovahs (judging by the answers to this post) would be incapable of following Jesus's simple commands in lending you their hall.

Yes, during a seeming "emergency" as long as the meetings were for some secular purpose.

Of course, Jehovah's Witnesses do not enable false religious practices which dishonor God and Christ.

Jehovah's Witnesses believe the bible to teach that God has judged the institutions of false religion, and Revelation specifically commands humans to distance themselves from false religion.

(Revelation 18:2,4) She has fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen, and she has become a dwelling place of demons and a lurking place of every unclean exhalation and a lurking place of every unclean and hated bird! ...And I heard another voice out of heaven say: ?Get out of her, my people, if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues.

I don`t think Presbyterians would request the use of their
kingdom Hall for any purpose.
