Default What is the heirarchy for protestantism?

e.g for catholics, the pope is at the top. Who is it for protestants? and then who is below them and below them etc? Also please briefly describe each of their jobs.

The Bishops
The Priests

The Queen does the waving bit; the others kind of hang around wearing either purple or black...

Isn't the name "Protestant" the group name for many branches of Christianity that broke away from Catholicism. As such there is no overall structure, but each church will have it's own.
