The 11 disciples that carried on Christianity after Jesus died. For over 2000 years the combination of church councils and divisions of the faith, and revisions of the Bible, Christianity has diluted into an unrecognizable faith compare to them.
Protestantism. The protestant reformation was to drop all the various church traditions and get back to what could only be confirmed in the Bible. Both Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy are steeped in umbilical traditions.

There are a lot of things added to the Catholic teachings that are not in the bible.
Christianity that adheres only to the Truth, God's Word and Law, not man made traditions and false doctrines, if we Seek the Truth as God tells us to do we won't be deceived, we will understand and live in the Truth, the path to Truth is narrow, many were called, few were chosen...God Bless and Keep You
From what I've read, the branch of Christianity that most resembles the original form, that is, what Jesus and his followers did, is the Bretheren. They give up their homes and all their worldly possessions and spread the word. If by purest, you mean most like Jesus and the disciples, I would say that.
I would never rate any of them as "more correct." I would call a hateful group "less correct," but none of those whole branches qualify, only small groups within them.
Oh, come on!
Christianity has deteriorated in ALL their sects... none of them is
pure any more. When a Christian talks about the Return of Christ, he
implies that He will return to vindicate his own Church! Doesn't matter which church he is associated with. They are all disintegrating ... covering the light with so many bushel baskets, that the light is almost NOT to be seen. None of them are authoritative, because Christ did not
make a Covenant naming one who would be His interpreter. And clergy are paid for their interpretation of Scripture... Soho.... how do you think that affects his motives??
