Yeah, and most priests will not let them attend regular mass. They get to roll around on the floor and babble on Wednesday nights.

It is not a good idea to invite a walk in (bad jinn, demon) to invade you. Speaking in tongues from the Holy Spirit is a false doctrine. The Holy Spirit can speak and communicate in every language of earth. The babble coming from the tongue speakers is a language known to Satan, spoken by him and his legion of demons. They cannot sit through a sermon about God, so they erupt into their babble to worship Satan instead and the person they have invaded does not even know what is going on.

When the tongue speakers are baptized under this false doctrine, they have been tricked into voluntarily inviting the bad jinn/demons to possess them.

Jesus had to cast demons from people who made this mistake.

The demons are waiting for the war to take over those people completely to turn them into soldiers of Satan. They are laying in wait.

On the "day of the Pentecost" described in Acts, the community of true followers did not speak in tongues, they spoke their own languages and had the miraculous ability to understand all the languages each other were speaking when they did not know each others languages.

Speaking in tongues is a very dangerous false doctrine and nothing in the words of Christ found in New Testament supports it.

Yes, the Catholic Charismatic Movement is similar to Protestant Pentecostals.

No, all Catholic parishes do not have Charismatic groups.

The Charismatic Renewal is a movement within the Church emphasizing the release of more of the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit in a continuing and New Pentecost for all Christians.

There is a Charismatic Renewal movement within the Catholic Church which aims for renewal by being attuned to the power of the Holy Spirit working in the lives of individuals and communities.

With love in Christ.

I hope not! I'm Catholic and our certainly does not. I have not heard of this movement. The Bible states that worship should be orderly and that if a person's babbling does not make sense, they should keep silent in the church.

By the way : pentecostal and tongue

DO all Catholic churches have renewal meetings? and no we don't.
