Not much. Only that Queen Elizabeth is the head of Anglican Church of England and Pope Benedict is supreme leader of the Catholics.

Anglican are protestants, but their churches have a liturgical form of worship, closer to Catholicism. With a specific form. Many other Protestant denominations have a more free form type of worship.

Jewish Worship is liturgical, Orthodox Christian worship is modeled after that because the first Christians were Jews who retained the same style, but added the Christ instituted communion part. For 1000 years all Christian worship was the same. In 1050 the Roman Church went its own way. King Henry the 8Th later broke with the Roman Church and formed the Anglican Church. So because the Anglicans are only twice removed from the original they retain this liturgical worship style. There are over 200 Protestant denominations who all, in one way or another, had a beef (protest-ant) with its mother Church the Roman Catholic(or its descendants) and the worship in these churches varies widely and most are non-liturgical.
Eastern Orthodoxy has remained essentially unchanged and was far removed by geography, distance, culture, etc form all the schism suffered in the Western Churches
