Default 2) Why does the Roman Catholic movement ignore Scripture?

It states by doing certain acts, God is then obligated to give you eternal life, when the Bible states that the just shall live by their faith.

James speaks about faith being seen by man requiring works to be seen, however God sees the heart and therefore does not need to see works as evidence of faith.

The RCC believes that salvation comes through faith AND works, not just works, like you seem to be assuming.

And, really, why should they care about your personal interpretation of scripture? There is more than one way to interpret scripture, and yours certainly isn't the only "right" one.

Um, OK... I understand that god sees the heart, but He won't judge me on whether or not I believed in Him at all. He'll judge me on what I do for others.

What do you think happens to all the people in this world that die before hearing about Jesus? And what about the little children who die before they can be taught about him? Does God banish them from heaven forever?

I think not.

The Catholic church has a huge history they say goes back to Peter the apostle.
This gives then the right to make whatever rules they prefer. How?
By councils of their learned men. The results of these councils in the past
usually served the church more than the Scriptures.
Try Wikipedia catholic councils.

Apple trees have apples and prove it is an apple tree (bares fruit).

A pine tree is a tree but not an apple tree and cannot bear any apples ( no matter who calls it an apple tree).

A person can "religious" but still not be a christian (James).

Catholics have many traditions, doctrines, leadership titles, etc. that are not found in scripture.

They are confused and unaware of the truth. They have been taught that the pope knows all and to only listen to the pope and their priests, many of whom were never saved.
