Why?

Just buy a plane ticket and go there!

It's not as if they're denying us the ability to visit it. They don't even prevent Muslims from visiting it.

If there is another Crusade, it'll be to drive the vast populations of Muslims back out of Europe.

Ratzinger is too involved in a crusade of denial of his responsibility in dealing with the abusive priest scandals that have rocked the Catholic church.

Instead of trying to protect children with sweeping reforms, he's more concerned with evading and avoiding his and the other church royalty's responsibilities in the matter.

Despicable and detestable.

I think of Ratzinger as a very UN-Holy Father, and as an anti-Pope.

I care about children; he apparently doesn't.

Noone should leave children alone with clergy of any faith.

When a political leader who is a "Christ Follower" wanna be, but doesn't know squat about Christianity, Jesus, or God, takes the helm of the Vatican.
Yeah, right, like that's going to happen again.
Too many regular people today know what the Bible says, to let someone like that call a Crusade.

Back in those days they had to rely on "priests" who were just as Biblically illiterate to be the mouth piece of Rome. They said anything and the people believed. Call up Crusade, OK let's go!

That is why the Protestant Church started. Couldn't stand the Non-Christianness of the Catholic Church. Well that's all changed. The Catholic church has since come back on track. Many Parishes teach the same things that Protestant churches do, sing the same songs, read the same books, ultimately calling on the same God.

Anyway, the next "crusade" will be commanded by Jesus himself. The Return of the King. The Bible tells me so.
